Some of your pictures have been removed due to their adult content. Obviously you havn't read the Rules. In case you DON'T click that link I'll quote the exact rule you are in violation of.

As you can see, I have been leniant on your post by taking my time to remove the explicit images. I will not be as leniant in the future. To ANYONE.

All of the pictures that I have removed contained adult content in them. There is -one- I will allow you to replace but only if you crop it. The Kit picture (With the subtitle "Not quite sure..." may be replaced if you crop off the lower half of it.

As I said, Your artwork is very good. (And I really did like the Kit picture) To tell you the truth I liked all of the pictures... However if this forum is to maintain it's standard and stay on the net, I have to be firm on the no perversion rule.

Your artwork is -very- well done Poppet. And I agree with you that art should have no rules. However, to whom certain artwork is shown SHOULD have rules and guidelines. For example: You would not show a young child an image of someone having their brains blown out of their heads unless you were a very sick person. Your art is beautiful and does have a place to be posted -- however some of them do not have a place on these forums.

Go ahead and call me conservative. I honestly want to keep this forum online--and in order to do that we need to keep it under a PG rating. If you wouldn't show it to a child, don't show it here. This also helps to keep the reputation of the convention intact. This forum is the one used by the Bellerose Anime Convention and THAT is for all ages. I'm sure parents would be -thrilled- to discover images and text that they wouldn't want their children to see here.

As for switching servers so that you can post anything you want... I have two reasons not to.

1. This site is for ALL ages. Yes, children are welcome here if they so desire. I don't want parents to be causing me any legal problems for not puting a "18 or older. If you arent 18, LEAVE" on this site. And I refuse to post that on these forums.

2. I'm not paying to keep these forums running. As I'm sure you know, the money I earn, I'd like to KEEP. Unless the site is MAKING me money-- it will stay on a free server.

Kindly note that that statement was made in parenthesis-- thereby off-topic. I do not love -all- furry images... and the majority of them on the internet seem to be of a hentai nature. I did not accuse you of drawing hentai. What you drew is -not- hentai. It was risque and not suitable for children.

Sad for this to be my first post on this forum, but I find this rather ludicrous.

Nothing that was posted here was of an adult nature. Perhaps your and my definition of "adult" material differ but the facts still stand.

What was posted here was merely art, fairly mildly represented art at that. Removing those images is about as extreme as removing a certain apendage from the statue of David because a child may look at it.

You're free to do what you want, it is your site after all, but I think if you want anyone to come here you might want to losen the grasp on people's freedoms or you'll never get anyone to post here because they'll be too afraid that they're breaking a rule.

And if what was posted here, even after what I said, is "Adult oriented" to you. I suggest you at least allow her to indirectly link the images, posting a blunt warning to what the links below may contain.

I'd like to thank you in advance if you bother to even rationally consider my ideas and I'd like to give you my sincerest apologies if you don't because if the administrators of this forum can't even consider the idea of a poster then really this is no better than a dictatorship and I'd rather not be a part of it.

Your insight is greatly appreciated Urei. As aforementioned -- I myself am not sure how seriously the parents and host will take the child-friendly thing. I'd honestly rather err a bit on the side of caution than to have the forums completely deleted.

I can't speak for the other admins (as none of them are responding or online at the moment) but I certainly will attempt to be more leniant in the future.

One last thing I'd like to say though -- I wasn't the only person of the opinion that those images were not 'squeaky clean'. I did get several other people's (including the online admin at the time--Myao) opinion on the matter.

We all have no doubt that Tabby (Dead Popet) 's work is very good, but this forum is not for arguments, so I suggest this be droped insted of going around in circles.

Tabby, I know you have your own forum so as a suggestion, post all pictures you have done there, like you did in summer school, and add the link to your profile and tell us to look at your profile for a link when you update hte pictures.
