How about pamphlets? I mean, instead of just a map, how about a pamphlet that they can get for maybe a small fee (like, 50 cents or even a donation of any amount). It might detail what anime's play when, a schedule of the day, what you can buy at the concessions, etc.

You mean like the Scheduals at Animethon? I think that's a good idea. Our sponsers could advertize in there as well. Who would design though? OR! Maybe we should have various people submit designs for it? (I know I'd submit!)

Another idea for pamphlet = mini comic on one of the pages drawn by one of the artists from the artists alley thingy?

We had those schedules last year at like 5 different places. And i don't think we should charge for it. but putting a map on the back and the schedule on the front sounds like a good idea. We only have to put on the bottom floor anyway because were only going to use the first floor. And put anime characters around the map a schedule.

Why don't we have several people submit for it? I'd do it, probably. It's summer. Most of us have plenty of time to spare.
