Is it worth it for the online play? Is it good? Is it worth having to subscribe and pay every month, not to mention the actual game that's around $40? Comments? Suggestions? I'm debating on weather I should continue begging my parents to let me buy it >w<
I wouldn't sidgest it personally. One of my good friends Zach has it, and he ended up getting rid of it because of how it was a HORRIBLE waste of money. The game is good, sure, but the money you pay is riduclous. Bad idea. Very bad idea.

I'd have to disagree. It really depends on the game and price. Personally, I found World of Warcraft to be worth the money. I don't like paying $15 a month for it (God how overpriced), but considering a job or even simple chores can easily earn the money, it's not too much of a loss. Whether it's worth it or not really depends on your commitment. If you're buying it like a normal RPG to waste 100 or so hours (550 on Disgaea! Whoo!) of your time, then no, it's not worth your money. But if you plan on getting into it, accomplishing some self-set high goals (defeating the highest-level bosses, for example), and going through with all the hassle, then yes, it's worth it.

Uhg, Myao-chan. I have to admit I agree with you on that... sort of. Personally I don't like to spend money on games... But there are some games (DDR <.< >.>) That I spend enough time on to justify buying more cd's of it or spending a few dollars at the arcade every once in a while... But in-general... MMORPG's can get really pricey.
They can also get boring after killing the same monotonous creature for the billionth time in order to acheive one more level. So it's up to you Yo Landa-- You chose if you have the patience to spend $40 a month to kill the same creatures over and over again. I know I don't.
Oh no, the subscription fee is only $11. The actual GAME itself is $40. GAWD, if I had to pay $40 a month... @_@ Hmmm...I <3 MMORPG's. I was addicted to Dungeon Seige for a loooong time. Final Fantasy XI sounds like a lot of fun (like most FF games). Then again...*shrug* I'd have to consider it a bit more...

Games were you pay monthly are a waste of money. I could probaly buy 2-3 new games with the money I save, not paying monthly, plus who is going to spend 5-6 hours per day to make the game worth it? Who has that kind of time?
