Numerous Webcomics

Oh where to begin...I might as well go in the order they are in my Favorites.

First off, WTF Comics by Jeremy Waller. They take place in the World of Everquest, and are the one and only home of the Gnomish Monks, the Waist Down Fist. 221 comics and rising.
WTF Comics

Next, PVP Online. A comic based on a fictional videogame magazine company.
PVP Online

Next, Angst Technology and Sorry, We're Open. Both are on the same site. Angst Technology is about a game company, and Sorry, We're Open is about two brothers and their new comic store.
Inktank

Ah, 8-Bit Theater. What's to be said? If you haven't read this, you're seriously behind the times. It's a rewrite of Final Fantasy 1, with a bit of Ragnarok thrown in if you know where to look.
8-Bit Theater

Next, my personal favorite, Misfile by Chris Hazelton. It's about an angel that screws up the filing in heaven, turning a boy into a girl, and erasing two years of another girl's life. Read it now.

Next, The Wotch. It's a story about a girl named Anne Onymous (get it?), who has witch-like powers and is involved and a big scheme, etc. etc. Read it for yourself.

And last, but not least, is Ctrl+Alt+Del. Personal thanks to Maria for getting me into this one. It's basically the same as Penny Arcade, but I find this to be much funnier. Just a personal preference, I suppose.
Ctrl+Alt+Del

And in advance, these are the basic assortments.

8-Bit Theater, Ctrl+Alt+Del, Angst Technology, Sorry, We're Open, and PVP Online are all more comedy, less story.

WTF Comics and Misfile are 100% story, with little comedy (though there are a few bits, depending on your sense of humor).

And lastly, The Wotch is heavily story-based, but it's very funny too.

Enjoy them all, and be grateful for the 20 minutes of work that went into this post to make it as fancy as I could get it.

Speaking from personal experiance... Misfile, PvP Online, and Ctrl-Alt-Del are a few of my favorite web-comics. Definately worth the read.

I'll be reading the others (except for 8-bit... I really detest the lack of artistic skills involved in that....) as soon as I can find the time to do so ^_^

The only one that I've read out of those is Misfile and it is very, very good ^^ I must say that it's one of my favorite webcomics ^.^  I'll be checking up on the others, though.  ^^
